Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
- This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines and submission.
- This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
- All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
- All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
- Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
Privacy Statement
When submitting their work to the Hispano-Brazilian Seminar on Research in Information, Documentation and Society (SHB), authors accept the following privacy terms:
Personal data such as full name, email address, affiliated institution, academic degree, and other necessary information will be collected for registration, evaluation, and scientific dissemination purposes.
The information provided will be used exclusively for the organisation, evaluation, publication, and dissemination of the works submitted to the SHB. No personal data will be shared with third parties outside the event's organising committee.
Approved works may be published in the conference proceedings, in the SHB repository, or in other scientific communication channels authorised by the organising committee, always with appropriate credit given to the authors.
By submitting their work, authors retain the copyright over their intellectual production but grant the event organisers permission to publish it, in digital or print format, on a non-commercial basis.
Use of image and voice: by registering and participating in the event, attendees grant free permission for the use of their image and voice, captured through photographs and audiovisual recordings during SHB activities, for institutional and scientific dissemination purposes. This material may be shared on social media, official channels, and the event's digital memory repository, always respecting ethical principles and with appropriate credits where applicable.
Consent: by registering and submitting their work, authors declare that they have been informed of and agree to the terms of this privacy policy.
